Section Fis 1109.12 - Residency in New Hampshire(a) Pursuant to RSA 214:11-a, residency in New Hampshire shall be verified by inspection of a valid New Hampshire driver's license or New Hampshire nondriver's picture identification card issued by the New Hampshire department of safety.(b) Except as otherwise provided by statute, no other documents purporting to show the residential address of the applicant shall be accepted for the purpose of issuing a license under these rules.N.H.
