Section Fis 1109.05 - Fees, Form of PaymentWhenever an applicant makes payment to the department for satisfaction of a fee, the following shall apply:
(a) Payment shall be made in the form of cash, check, money order, or accepted credit cards;(b) Checks and money orders shall be made payable to the department or the "State of New Hampshire". Alternative payees, including but not limited to "State of New Hampshire Fish and Game," "New Hampshire Department of Fish and Game," or "Treasurer - State of New Hampshire," shall be accepted, provided the payee name does not lend itself to endorsement by any party other than the State of New Hampshire, and;(c) Unless otherwise provided in these rules, any fee prescribed by statute or rule shall be submitted in full at the same time as the application. No required fee shall be pro-rated to a smaller amount based upon the number of days that the license will be effective; and(d) Unless otherwise provided in these rules, no agent shall be authorized to refund, adjust, or modify any license fee once paid by the applicant.N.H.
