Section Fis 1109.04 - Failure to Comply with Statute or Rule(a) In the event an applicant fails to comply with an applicable statute or rule, the application shall not be processed.(b) The applicant shall be notified of the reason(s) for the rejection orally if presenting the application in person or by mail if the application has been received in the mail.(c) If the applicant agrees with the reason for rejection, the error may be corrected in accordance with Fis 1109.03.(d) If the applicant contests the reason for rejection, the applicant may seek a hearing in accordance with the procedures contained in Fis 200.N.H. Admin. Code § Fis 1109.04
