(b) Subject to Env-WtC 203.01, any document required or allowed by these rules to be filed in conjunction with an appeal shall be filed by mailing or delivering in-hand the original and 15 copies of the document to the appeals clerk at the following address: Wetlands Council

(c) The original and one copy of any document filed that relates to an appeal shall be printed only on one side of the page and not stapled or otherwise permanently bound. The remaining 14 copies of such documents may be double-sided and stapled.(d) For purposes of this section, "filed by mailing or delivering in-hand" includes delivery by private delivery service but excludes submittals by telefacsimile (fax) or by electronic mail (e-mail).N.H.
