Section Env-WtC 202.06 - Computation of Time(a) Any time period established in these rules shall be calendar days unless otherwise specified.(b) A time period specified in these rules shall begin with the day after the triggering act or event and shall end at the department's close of business on the last day of the period.(c) If the last day of the time period established by these rules and not established by statute falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or state legal holiday, then the time period shall be extended to end at the department's close of business on the first business day following the Saturday, Sunday, or state legal holiday.N.H.
