Section Env-Wq 717.03 - Use of I/A Technology(a) No I/A wastewater treatment and conveyance technologies shall be used in a full scale application at a municipal facility until the technology has been evaluated and approved by the department.(b) A pilot test shall be conducted pursuant to Env-Wq 717.04 unless the proposed technology meets the criteria of Env-Wq 717.05(d).(c) A proposed pilot test plan shall be submitted to the department for review and approval at least 30 days prior to proceeding with the pilot test.N.H.
