Section Env-Wq 511.03 - Content and Format of Requests The person requesting the waiver shall provide the following information:
(a) The name, mailing address, and daytime telephone number of the requestor;(b) The project to which the waiver request relates;(c) The number(s) of the specific section(s) of the rules for which a waiver is sought;(d) A full explanation of why a waiver is being requested, including an explanation of the economic and operational consequences of complying with the rule as written;(e) If applicable, a full explanation of the alternate(s) proposed to be substituted for the requirement in the rule, including documentation or data, or both, to support the alternative; (f) Whether the need for the waiver is time-limited and, if so, the estimated length of time the waiver will be needed; and(g) A full explanation of why the applicant believes that having the waiver granted will meet the criteria specified in Env-Wq 511.05.N.H.
