Section Env-Wq 511.02 - Procedures(a) Any applicant or recipient who is or would be directly and adversely affected by the strict application of a rule in Env-Wq 500 may request a waiver thereof.(b) Each request for a waiver shall be filed in writing.(c) Each request for a waiver shall include the information specified in Env-Wq 511.03 and be signed as required by Env-Wq 511.04.N.H.
