Section Env-Wq 2006.12 - Phase 3: Recommendation to OCRM(a) After all eligible projects have been scored, the department shall recommend those projects which best meet the selection criteria, as demonstrated by the total number of points, to OCRM for funding.(b) In accordance with grant conditions of NOAA, OCRM shall have final approval authority for all projects.
