Section Env-Wq 2006.11 - Scoring Based on Excess MatchEach project shall be scored on its inclusion of matching funds or in-kind services in excess of the required match amount, as follows:
(a) A project for which the applicant will provide $50,000 or more in excess non-federal matching funds shall receive 6 points;(b) A project for which the applicant will provide at least $40,000 but less than $50,000 in excess non-federal matching funds shall receive 5 points;(c) A project for which the applicant will provide at least $30,000 but less than $40,000 in excess non-federal matching funds shall receive 4 points;(d) A project for which the applicant will provide at least $20,000, but less than $30,000 in excess non-federal matching funds shall receive 3 points;(e) A project for which the applicant will provide at least $10,000, but less than $20,000 in excess non-federal matching funds shall receive 2 points;(f) A project for which the applicant will provide at least $5,000 but less than $10,000 in excess non-federal matching funds shall receive one point; and(g) A project for which the applicant will provide less than $5,000 in excess non-federal matching funds shall receive no points.N.H.
