The WRBP shall, after notice and opportunity for a hearing in accordance with RSA 541-A:30 and Env-C 200, modify a CDP for good cause, including the following:
(a) To incorporate any new or revised federal, state, or local standards or requirements;(b) To address significant alterations or additions to the user's operation, processes, or wastewater volume or quality since the time of CDP issuance;(c) A change in the WRBP's NPDES permit requirements;(d) Information indicating that the permitted discharge poses a threat to the POTW, community or WRBP personnel, or the surface water quality in the receiving stream;(e) Misrepresentations or failure to fully disclose all relevant facts in the CDP application or in any required reporting;(f) To correct typographical or other errors in the CDP;(g) To reflect a transfer of the facility ownership or operation to a new owner or operator; or(h) Any other reasons that would require a modification of the permit to accurately reflect then-current requirements or operating conditions.N.H.
