Section Env-Wq 1205.16 - Imminent Endangerment(a) The WRBP shall, after notice by telephone or in person to the user, immediately halt or prevent any discharge that appears to the WRBP to present: (1) An imminent endangerment to the health and welfare of any person;(2) An endangerment to the environment; or(3) A threat of interference with the operation of the POTW.(b) Actions available to the WRBP shall include but shall not be limited to:(1) Seeking ex parte temporary judicial injunctive relief;(2) Blocking a public sewer to halt such discharge; or(3) Demanding that the user take specific action to prevent or halt the discharge.N.H.
