Section Env-Wq 1205.02 - Industrial Discharge Permit Requirement(a) No SIU shall discharge any industrial process waste to the POTW without a valid industrial discharge permit (IDP).(b) Obtaining an IDP shall not relieve a permittee of its obligation to comply with all federal and state pretreatment standards or requirements or with any other requirements of federal, state and local law.N.H.
