Section Env-Wq 1205.01 - Applicability(a) All SIUs discharging industrial wastes to the POTW shall comply with applicable requirements of federal and state industrial pretreatment rules and regulations in addition to the requirements of Env-Wq 1200.(b) All industrial waste shall be pretreated in accordance with federal regulations and state rules to the extent required by applicable national categorical pretreatment standards, state pretreatment standards, or standards established by these rules, whichever is more stringent.N.H.
