Section Env-Sw 314.11 - Plans and Specifications The applicant shall provide plans and specifications prepared in accordance with Env-Sw 1103.05, as follows:
(a) For a proposed facility, the applicant shall submit preliminary design plans and specifications with calculations and other supporting documentation necessary to demonstrate compliance with all applicable design requirements, as noted in Env-Sw 314.02(a); and(b) For an existing facility, the applicant shall submit:(1) A plan showing the existing facility; and(2) Preliminary design plans and specifications, as specified by (a) above, for any proposed changes to the existing design.N.H.
