Section Env-Or 803.05 - Notice of Application Filing(a) As required by RSA 147-F:9, III, the applicant for an eligibility determination shall provide notice of the application to owners of adjacent property and a complete copy of the application to the governing body of the municipality in which the property is located when the application is submitted to the department.(b) The applicant shall certify to the department in writing that the applicant has complied with (a), above.N.H.
