Section Env-Or 803.04 - Signature Requirements(a) An applicant who is an individual shall sign and date the application.(b) If the applicant is other than an individual, the application shall be: (1) Signed and dated by the individual who is duly authorized to sign for the applicant; and(2) Accompanied by evidence that the individual is authorized to sign the application on behalf of the entity filing the application.N.H.
