Section Env-Hw 609.02 - Transporter Registration(a) A transporter registration shall: (1) Not be transferable; and(2) Expire on the date specified on the registration.(b) Upon a change in ownership or operational control of a transporter, the transporter registration shall not be transferred to the entity or individual gaining ownership or operational control.(c) For purposes of (b), above, the following events shall constitute a change in ownership or operational control, as applicable:(1) For a partnership, a change in the majority of general partners;(2) For a corporation, a transfer of all corporate assets or of a majority of voting shares to a new individual or entity;(3) For other organizations, a transfer of the control of the organization to a new individual or entity; and(4) For an individual, transfer of control to another individual or entity.N.H.
