Section Env-Dw 503.06 - Request for Updates(a) The owner of a public water system shall, on request of the department, provide: (1) A description of the system's existing facilities;(2) The status of current operations; and(3) If available, information regarding planned capital improvements and expansion.(b) The department shall request such updates whenever the department receives information which indicates that the information on file with the department is not current.N.H.
