Section Env-Dw 503.05 - Notice of Change of System Owner(a) The following notifications shall be made whenever ownership of a public water system is transferred, whether by sale, gift, bequest, or any other transaction: (1) The person who is transferring ownership shall notify the department of the impending transfer no less than one month before the anticipated date of transfer; and(2) The person who is becoming the owner shall notify the department of the actual transfer within 10 days after its occurrence.(b) The notice provided by the new owner shall specify the new owner's name, mailing address, daytime telephone number, and, if available, a fax number and e-mail address.N.H.
