Section Env-Dw 303.05 - Obtaining Approval for a New Groundwater Source of Bottled Water(a) Any person seeking approval for a new groundwater source for bottled water that would not qualify as a large groundwater withdrawal under RSA 485-C:21 shall apply for approval of the source by submitting to the department: (1) The cover page specified in Env-Dw 303.06; (2) The application information required by Env-Dw 303.07; (3) The source classification statement required by Env-Dw 303.19;(4) A water conservation plan prepared in accordance with Env-Wq 2101; and (5) If applicable, a copy of the well completion report that demonstrates the well complies with applicable standards, currently We 100-800 as adopted by the New Hampshire water well board pursuant to RSA 482-B, subject to any modifications in Env-Dw 303.24(a)(2). (b) Any person seeking approval for a new groundwater source for bottled water that would qualify as a large groundwater withdrawal under RSA 485-C:21 shall apply for approval of the source by submitting to the department the information required by (a), above, and the application required by Env-Wq 403. (c) Any applicant may request a pre-test conference as described in Env-Dw 303.13.N.H. Code Admin. R. Env-Dw 303.05
