Section Env-Dw 303.04 - Pre-Approval of Groundwater Source of Bottled Water Required(a) No person shall use a groundwater source to produce bottled water without first obtaining approval of the source from the department in accordance with these rules.(b) Any person proposing a withdrawal of groundwater to produce bottled water that would exceed the threshold established in RSA 485-C:21 for large groundwater withdrawals shall also obtain approval of the large groundwater withdrawal pursuant to RSA 485-C:21 and Env-Wq 403.N.H. Code Admin. R. Env-Dw 303.04
