Section Env-Dw 1405.17 - Retainage for Construction Projects(a) The recipient may withhold a percentage of all partial payments to contractors on a construction project as retainage until the project is complete.(b) If the recipient intends to withhold a retainage, the recipient shall specify the terms and conditions relating to the retainage in the contract documents submitted pursuant to Env-Dw 1407.03.N.H. Code Admin. R. Env-Dw 1405.17
