Section Env-Dw 1405.16 - Use of Funds; Return of Funds(a) The recipient shall use and expend financial assistance provided from the PFAS RLF solely and exclusively for the payment of authorized eligible construction costs or costs of O&M, as applicable, for which the financial assistance was approved.(b) If the recipient uses any funds provided from the PFAS RLF for anything other than eligible costs on the specific project for which such funds were furnished, the recipient shall return or otherwise repay to the department all such funds.N.H.
