Section Env-Dw 1405.09 - Disbursements(a) The department shall approve a request submitted as specified in Env-Dw 1405.08 if it determines: (1) The costs covered by the request are eligible costs covered by the recipient's financial assistance agreement; and(2) The costs have not been covered by any previous disbursement.(b) Upon approval of the request, the department shall authorize the disbursement to be made from the PFAS RLF, subject to Env-Dw 1405.10.N.H. Code Admin. R. Env-Dw 1405.09
