Section Env-Dw 1108.02 - Engineering Plans and Specifications(a) The applicant shall prepare and submit engineering plans and specifications that conform to the applicable design standards specified in Env-Dw 400.(b) Approval of the plans and specifications shall not relieve the applicant of any liabilities or responsibilities with respect to the design, construction, operation, or performance of the project.N.H.
