Section Env-Dw 1106.11 - Retainage(a) The recipient may withhold a percentage of all partial payments as retainage until the project is complete.(b) If the recipient intends to withhold a retainage, the recipient shall specify the terms and conditions relating to the retainage in the contract documents submitted pursuant to Env-Dw 1108.03.N.H.
