Section Env-Dw 1106.10 - Return of Funds to the Department(a) Financial assistance from the DWSRF shall be used and expended by the recipient solely and exclusively for the payment of authorized and allowable costs and expenses of the project for which the financial assistance was approved.(b) If the recipient uses any funds provided from the DWSRF for other than eligible costs on the specific project for which such funds were furnished, the recipient shall return or otherwise repay to the department all such funds.N.H.
