N.H. Code Admin. R. Env-C 501.02

Section Env-C 501.02 - Applicability

The rules in this chapter shall apply to individuals and consulting engineering firms that:

(a) Wish to become prequalified and listed on the roster of prequalified consulting engineering firms as maintained by the department; or

(b) Wish to renew a listing on the roster.
