Section Env-C 501.01 - Purpose

The purpose of the rules in this chapter is to establish the procedures and criteria for consulting engineers to be listed on the roster of prequalified engineers maintained by the department for engineering services for water supply projects or water pollution control projects, or both, that receive state or federal financial assistance.
