Section Env-A 622.03 - Notice to Affected States(a) The department shall provide a copy of the notice of a draft title V operating permit, including the deadline by which comments shall be received, to all affected states at or before the time notice is provided to the public.(b) The department shall provide a copy of the draft title V operating permit to an affected state upon request.(c) The department shall send written notification to any affected state and EPA of its refusal to incorporate any or all recommendations submitted by an affected state into the proposed permit together with the reason(s) for not accepting such recommendations.N.H.
