Section Env-A 609.11 - Acknowledgment and Completeness Determinations for Title V Operating Permits

Pursuant to RSA 541-A:29, I, within 60 days of receipt of an application for the issuance or renewal of a title V operating permit the department shall:

(a) Notify the applicant that the application is complete; or

(b) Notify the applicant of the information that is needed to complete the application and request the applicant to file the information.
