Section Env-A 609.10 - Department Review of Applications

The department shall review each application for a title V operating permit to ensure compliance with:

(a) All applicable elements of the SIP;

(b) Env-A 100 et seq.;

(c) Applicable state law governing air pollution; and

(d) Applicable requirements as defined in Env-A 101.26.
