Section Env-A 4708.04 - Offset Projects Commenced After January 1, 2009

For offset projects initiated on or after January 1, 2009, the project sponsor shall demonstrate that the energy conservation measures implemented as part of the offset project have a market penetration rate of less than 5 percent.
