Section Env-A 4607.11 - Account Error

(a) Upon confirmation of an error in any CO₂ allowance tracking system account, the regional organization shall:

(1) Correct the error; or

(2) Notify the CO₂ AAR for the account in writing of the error and request that the error be corrected.

(b) If the regional organization corrects the error pursuant to (a)(1), above, the regional organization shall notify the CO₂ AAR for the account within 10 business days of making such correction.
