Section Env-A 4602.04 - Adjusted budget

means the maximum number of budget allowances available for allocation in a given allocation year. The adjusted budget is determined in accordance with Env-A 4606.03 through Env-A 4606.07. The term includes "New Hampshire CO₂ budget trading program adjusted budget."
