Section Env-A 4602.03 - Acid Rain Program

"Acid Rain Program" means a multi-state sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides air pollution control and emission reduction program established by the Administrator of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) under title IV of the CAA and 40 CFR Parts 72 through 78.

Env-A 4602.04 "Adjusted budget" or "New Hampshire CO2 budget trading program adjusted budget" means the maximum number of budget allowances available for allocation in a given allocation year. The adjusted budget is determined in accordance with Env-A 4606.03 through Env-A 4606.07.
