Section Env-A 1404.03 - De Minimis Emission Level Method(a) If the de minimis emission level method is selected, the owner or operator shall demonstrate that the emissions of each RTAP are equal to or below the appropriate de minimis level from Table 1450-1 in Env-A 1450.01; and(b) The de minimis emission level method shall only be allowed when the airflow exiting the vent or stack is vertical and unobstructed.N.H.
