Section Asb 308.05 - Misconduct, Statute or Rule Violations

The penalty for misconduct that affects the practice of assessing or violation of any NH applicable property assessing statutes, Asb 300 or Rev 600 rules shall be, as the maximum penalty determined by the commissioner, decertification for a time period up to 5 years plus corrective action.
