Section Asb 308.04 - Negligence

A person with DRA certification who performs negligent or willful acts in a manner inconsistent with the health or safety of persons under the person's supervision shall be, as the maximum penalty determined by the commissioner, suspended for a time period of up to 5 years plus corrective action.
