Section Asb 205.02 - Requirements for Requests for Rule Explanation(a) Each request for rule explanation shall provide the following information: (1) The name and address of the interested person; and(2) The rule number and title.(b) The request shall be addressed to the chairperson of the board.(c) All information shall be typewritten.(d) The interested person shall sign and date the request.N.H.
