Section Asb 205.01 - Explanation of Adoption of Rule(a) Within 30 days after the adoption of a rule, any person may request an explanation regarding the adoption of rules pursuant to RSA 541-A:11, VII by submitting a written request that the board issue a statement explaining the following: (1) The principle reasons for and against adoption of a specific rule in its final form; and(2) Reasons why the board overruled arguments and considerations against the rule.(b) Requests shall be submitted to the board's clerk at: Assessing Standards Board Clerk
