Section Agr 3901.04 - Produce Safety Practices

The owner or operator of a farm shall comply with 21 C.F.R. Part 112, 2016, "Standards for the Growing, Harvesting, Packing, and Holding of Produce for Human Consumption" of the Food and Drug Administration.
