Section 90.465 - Amendment to prospectus, pamphlet or similar document

Within 30 days after the effective date of a registration statement filed pursuant to NRS 90.490, the registrant shall file with the Administrator a copy of any amendment to any prospectus, pamphlet or other document filed pursuant to paragraph (m) of subsection 2 of NRS 90.490.
