Section 720.910 - Persons permitted to appear in representative capacityNo person may appear in a representative capacity in an administrative hearing conducted pursuant to this chapter except:
1. An attorney who is admitted to practice law in this State.2. An authorized officer, manager, partner or full-time employee of an organization or governmental entity who appears on behalf of the organization or governmental entity.3. A natural person who represents himself or herself.4. An interpreter for a person who:(a) Speaks a language other than English and does not know the English language; or(b) Is a person with a disability, as that term is defined in NRS 50.050.5. Such other persons as the hearing officer allows, based upon his or her determination that it would be unduly burdensome to require a person to use one of the representatives identified in subsections 1 and 2.Nev.
