Section 720.900 - Applicability of chapter 233B of NRS; request for administrative hearing1. Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, the provisions of this chapter must be carried out in accordance with the provisions of chapter 233B of NRS.2. A person affected by a determination or action of the Secretary of State made pursuant to this chapter may request an administrative hearing on the matter before a hearing officer by submitting an application for such a hearing to the Secretary of State. The application:(a) May be submitted on a form provided by the Secretary of State, or on another document or in an electronic message signed by the applicant or his or her representative; and(b) Must specify each issue to be considered at the hearing.Nev.
