Section 706.3979 - Formal written complaints: Public hearing; interim reliefIf the Authority determines that probable cause exists for a formal written complaint received by the staff of the Authority, it will:
1. Set a date for a public hearing on the complaint.2. Order appropriate interim relief. If the complaint relates to bills or deposits, the Authority, without hearing or formal order and in the absence of unusual circumstances, will, upon such terms and conditions as it deems appropriate, forbid discontinuance of service or the issuance of any notice of discontinuance during the investigation of the complaint.Nev.
