Section 706.903 - Applications generally

All pleadings requesting a right or authority from the Authority must be styled "applications." They must contain the full name and address of the applicant, and describe fully the facts upon which the application is based, with such exhibits as may be required, and a request for the order, authorization, certificate or permit desired. The application must be signed by the applicant.
