Section 706.900 - Pleadings generally1. Pleadings must be typewritten, mimeographed or printed, properly identify the proceeding by title, and set forth a clear and concise statement of the matters relied upon as a basis for the pleading, together with an appropriate prayer when relief is sought and must be signed by the appropriate authorized party, officer or attorney.2. Upon the filing of any pleading, it will be inspected by the Authority and if found to be defective or insufficient, it may be returned to the party filing it for correction.3. The Authority may allow any pleading to be amended or corrected or any omission to be supplied.Nev. Admin. Code § 706.900
