Section 706.922 - Procedure upon receipt of oral complaint1. The staff of the Authority may attempt to resolve an oral complaint against a certificate holder that it receives from a member of the general public. If the complainant is not satisfied with the resolution of the oral complaint, the staff shall notify the complainant that he or she may file a written complaint with the staff of the Authority.2. The staff of the Authority may require a complainant to provide a written confirmation of an oral complaint.Nev. Admin. Code § 706.922
